The setup page guides staff through connecting Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to XeroFlow. It previews effective permission groups, client scope and narrow capability grants, and names the OAuth scopes it assumes. Your actual host grant can be narrower; host plan and workspace policies still apply. Owner access stays separate from staff enrollment.
Read stored campaign, ad, search-term, pacing and social performance for your permitted clients. The dedicated Marketing management role can cover every active client, with department summaries for budget health, lead quality, SEO, inbox and email statistics, creative inventory and work coverage. Reporting shows dates, coverage gaps and unavailable data; it does not silently refresh providers.
Manage supported tasks, content, lead follow-up, creative drafts, KPI targets, budget allocations, inventory feeds and ad preparation through your assistant. Department access also supports reviewed campaign email, inbox replies and website releases where enabled. Website work retains its native permissions and original XeroFlow login checks; boards retain membership requirements. Some specialist editing and administration actions remain in their native editors.
Assistant authorization and provider OAuth are separate. Account readiness distinguishes publishing, comments, inbox, organic reporting and paid operations, with explicit reasons when an operation is unavailable. Facebook, Page-linked Instagram and LinkedIn still need their required grants and account authority. TikTok publishing remains unavailable pending product eligibility and app approval. Supported sends and releases require an independently authorised reviewer of the exact submission; changes, revoked access or uncertain outcomes can stop execution.
