Keep client banners organized and send view-only previews from one shared production library.
Bring supported HTML5 exports into Banner Studio as editable layers across a design set, retaining source fonts, supported animation timing, validated static image effects and bounded muted MP4 clips as editable video layers, including supported static colour filters, opacity and blend modes. Video clips retain their original bytes and use one media clock for preview, scrubbing and HTML export; unsupported sound, clip starts and framing remain held for review. Select up to 50 prepared packages per batch, then confirm each client, folder and assets before saving drafts. Each new draft gets a saved viewer checked against its stored revision, with a separate retry if the viewer needs preparing. Preserve the original creation date when verified; an explicit undated option marks the draft for later backfill without assigning the import date. The library shows TheBrief creation separately from XeroFlow modification. A corrected package can explicitly update an imported draft while preserving its previous version; published projects and conflicting edits are protected. Compare every layout and final output with the original before production use.
Choose a folder during import or move a saved project from its library menu. Nested folder browsing and Unfiled keep placement independent of client ownership and source provenance.
Create a view-only link for a client to see the current saved layouts and play their animation. Links expire after a chosen period and can be revoked from the project’s Share menu.
Team members with client access can open the signed-in saved viewer without creating a public link. The project remains in the agency library for ongoing production.
